Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments (No-Shows), or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in the loss of the treatment session or any applicable booking deposit, at the clinic’s discretion.
All sales are final.
